The Team Leader is expected to own problems, maintain accountability, and uphold hospitality standards while preparing for future leadership opportunities. Excellent communication and teamwork are key.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Experience training or mentoring others is beneficial.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and initiative.

Team Leader

Role Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for leading shifts, coaching Team Members, and helping create an environment where both our team and our guests thrive. This role serves as the bridge between Team Members and Directors by leading through example, developing others, and ensuring operational excellence every day.

Team Leaders are expected to take ownership, solve problems, and build a culture of accountability, hospitality, and teamwork while preparing for future leadership opportunities.

• Coach and develop Team Members through real-time feedback and encouragement.
• Help train and onboard new Team Members.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Identify and solve operational challenges with urgency.
• Support Directors by executing daily goals and improving team performance.
• Build positive relationships with guests and team members.
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a servant's heart.
• Help create a positive, energetic, and growth-focused culture.

Preferred Experience

• Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience training or mentoring others is beneficial.
• Demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and initiative.

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
