Job summary

Chick-fil-A is hiring a Team Leader in Jensen Beach, FL. This leadership role focuses on operational excellence, coaching team members, and maintaining a high standard of guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

The Team Leader will support senior leadership, lead shifts, and model exceptional teamwork and communication. A passion for people, strong character, and a servant mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have multiple years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to train and coach team members.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
