Nothing Bundt Cakes #173 OH is seeking a Shift Leader to work alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager to uphold NbC standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in team leadership and impact sales and profitability while guiding day-to-day bakery operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of guest-facing experience in retail or food service, a high school diploma or GED, and a readiness to coach and train staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role.
• Demonstrated success coaching others to deliver a superior guest experience and productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift alongside bakery management to ensure quality products and guest experience.
• Drive sales and profitability through day-to-day bakery operations.
• Coach, train and direct team members to meet productivity goals.
• Ensure NbC standards in all aspects of bakery operations.

The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Leader works alongside the Assistant Bakery Manager and Bakery Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment, and superior guest experience. The Shift Leader shares in team leadership and collaborates with the bakery management in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards. Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in a retail, restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a lead role with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience and coaching others to do the same, training new team members, directing the work of others, and achieving productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with comfort in learning new technologies.

Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
