Role Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running effective work shifts and ensuring Taco Bell standards are met.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed, and guide team members.
• Ensure team members complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for team members and customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and positively.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Communicate openly with management.
• Follow policies on cash handling, security, inventory, and labor.
