Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Leader for its Fayetteville, Arkansas location. This role involves participating in the operational activities of a busy restaurant, assisting in training and supporting team members, and ensuring outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to superior service. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with benefits including flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, or restaurant manager is preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Strong commitment to customer service is essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant.
• Train new hires and set the tone for a shift.
• Assist in managing team member performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
• Assist in training new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
