About Nudy's Cafe:

Nudy's Cafe is a family-owned business operating in 15 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. We focus on providing quick, reasonably priced, and freshly prepared meals in a family-friendly environment. We are seeking a full-time Shift Leader to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Shift Leader will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure a high-quality customer experience, motivate staff, and maintain standards of service, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily restaurant operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to concerns
• Review product quality regularly
• Supervise shifts (experience with 7 Shifts system preferred)
• Train and coach staff
• Represent the Nudy's brand consistently
• Conduct performance reviews
• Manage cash register operations
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of hospitality leadership experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams
• Food knowledge and customer service skills
• SERV Safe Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards
• Ability to interpret operational data
• Open availability

Physical Requirements:

• Mobility to traverse all restaurant areas
• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
