Job Title: Shift Leader

Location: 1420 Carpenter Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146

As a Shift Leader at our South Philadelphia store, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift. You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” by predicting business flow and leading your team to success. Your hands-on leadership includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. You take pride in your leadership, contributing to a productive and enjoyable night for the store.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and quality products
• Support store operations, communicate effectively, monitor efficiency, and train team members
• Delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Lead and support the Cookie Crew team
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 or older
