As a Shift Leader at our Bala Cynwyd store located at 199 W. City Ave, Bala Cynwyd PA 19004, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to “Own the Night” by predicting the flow of business and leading a team. Your hands-on leadership includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, interacting with customers, and fostering a fun, productive environment.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A SHIFT LEADER?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products throughout the guest experience
• Support store operations by maintaining efficiency, communicating, training, and coaching team members
• Delegate tasks such as baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning, while leading the cookie crew
• Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to food safety standards
• Manage cash handling and deposits

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1 year in a customer service role
• Experience with Point of Sale systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient
• Detail-oriented and results-driven
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 or older
