Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily restaurant operations at Staab Management’s Midwest locations. You will lead shifts, coach team members, ensure high guest service, food quality, and cleanliness, and help with scheduling to meet sales goals.

You’ll mentor staff, assist in hiring and training, monitor inventory and product quality, and stay organized in a busy environment while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members.
