Taco Bell in New York is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and passion. You will lead shifts, coach team members, resolve guest concerns, and ensure high standards of food safety, accuracy, and service.

On top of supervising MIC routines, you’ll partner with the GM on hiring, inventory, cash control, and training. The role suits someone with 1 year restaurant/retail experience and 3 months lead experience who values teamwork and accountability.
