Job summary

Taco Bell in Madras, Oregon is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to drive daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, ensure accurate orders, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

You will manage shift tasks, coach Team Members, assist the GM with staffing and training, and handle customer concerns while maintaining inventory controls and cash procedures. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational abilities.
