Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations. You will lead shift activities, complete checklists, handle cash, and manage guest interactions under the General Manager.

You will drive performance by following SOPs, monitoring labor and costs, and training team members. This is a fast-paced role that may require evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work and solve problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Evenings, weekends and holidays may be required
