Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations. You will report to the General Manager and lead the team to deliver food quality, speed, accuracy and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include completing daily checklists, handling cash, managing guest interactions, training and coaching staff, and maintaining cost controls while ensuring SOPs are followed. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: hands-on manager, complete daily checklists, handle cash, manage guest interactions.
• Drive Performance: ensure SOPs are followed and maintain urgency to increase speed of service; monitor daily labor, sales, and food costs.
• Support Team Development: train and coach team members, provide feedback and support accountability.
