Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a Co-Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will lead the shift, handle cash, and ensure guest interactions meet high standards.

You’ll drive performance by enforcing SOPs, monitoring labor, sales, and costs, and help train and coach team members while supporting recruiting. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service, strong leadership, and solid organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.

We need a leader who can ensure our team works together to achieve the highest standards in food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.What You'll DoLead Shift Operations: You'll be a hands-on manager, completing daily checklists, handling cash, and managing guest interactions.Drive Performance: You'll ensure our standard operating procedures are followed and maintain a sense of urgency to increase speed of service.
