Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee crew members in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager, coaching, directing, recognizing outstanding behavior, and establishing priorities during shifts.
• Train crew members on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle opening and/or closing of the restaurant.
• Create and ensure a superior guest experience.
• Contribute to achieving cost and profit goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: Must be an EPL Crewmember certified on all EPL SPECS positions or have at least 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; must pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class upon hire.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; second language a plus.
• Competencies: Basic math, computer skills, and strong customer service abilities.
• Food Handler Card: Must have or obtain a Serve Safe Certificate at the time of hire.
• Work Hours: Full-time, with some overtime expected.
