Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts according to company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors within the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:
  1. Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and product quality standards.
  2. Ensuring a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
  3. Motivating and training team members.
  4. Maintaining equipment, facility, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program.
  5. Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  6. Executing corporate and local marketing plans timely and effectively.
  7. Championing recognition and motivation initiatives.
  8. Providing regular feedback to the team and RGM.
Minimum Requirements: Is This You?
  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment.
  3. Attendance and punctuality are essential.
  4. Basic business math skills.
  5. Good oral and written communication skills.
  6. Basic computer literacy.
  7. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
