The primary role of the Shift Leader is to ensure hospitality excellence by managing, coaching, and delegating to employees to ensure the timely delivery of top-quality food, friendly and welcoming behaviors, and maintenance of high cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Shift Leader Responsibilities

1. Protects the cash assets of the restaurant during each shift, including counting, verifying, and depositing cash, and maintaining logs.
2. Works with the management team to maximize sales and profits while maintaining operational standards.
3. Enforces all company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with laws regarding wages, hours, and sanitation.
