Position Overview: Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver excellent guest experiences, and maintain store standards. They open and close the store with minimal supervision and play a key role in team development and store operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain prior to training)
• Valid driver’s license (preferred at some locations)
