We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They are empowered to set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment are key responsibilities. This role offers growth opportunities; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders. What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability for varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training completion
• Valid driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations
