Job summary

Taco Bell franchise is seeking a Restaurant Leader to support operations at our Big Stone Gap location. You will help run great work shifts, ensure Taco Bell standards are met, and take ownership to solve problems while guiding team members.

You’ll foster a Here to Serve attitude, deliver safe, quality food, provide constructive feedback, and follow safety, cash management, inventory, and labor policies. Expect ~30+ hours weekly, with varied shifts depending on business needs.
