Job summary

Dunkin’ in Alabama is seeking a Shift Leader to be the go‑to person during your shift, helping to lead the team and ensure guest satisfaction.

You’ll handle prep, inventory, and cash, coach crew members, maintain safety and cleanliness, and step in for the manager when needed. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail leadership is preferred.
