Job summary

Dunkin' is looking for a Shift Leader in Alabama to serve as the go‑to person on your shift, guiding the team and ensuring great guest service. You will lead by example, manage daily operations, and support your crew to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in food service or retail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail; leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends and holidays.
