Job summary

Dunkin’ Gardendale is looking for a Shift Leader to be the go-to person on your shift, guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service and great coffee. You’ll help prep food, manage inventory, and handle cash to keep the store running smoothly.

The role emphasizes leading by example, training crew members, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and stepping in for the manager when needed. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail with leadership is preferred.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support the team to deliver guest service.
• Keep operations running smoothly: prep food, manage inventory, or handling cash.
• Train and coach crew members to be their best.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring to the Table:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service
