Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is hiring a Shift Leader in Dacula, GA to drive profitability, guest experience, and operational excellence during assigned shifts.

You will support RGM and AM, coach team members, ensure speed and accuracy in product prep and service, and uphold brand standards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures.
• Maintains inventory and assists with inventory inspections.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to raise restaurant performance.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Upholds all operational and brand standards and covers Team Member duties when necessary.

The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
