Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a team during the B1 shift (Tue–Fri, 6:00am–4:00pm) at our Pueblo, CO location. You will collaborate with the On-Site Manager to optimize schedules, support staffing, and ensure safety and HR policies are followed.

The role requires 1 year of supervisor/lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and forklift certification. We offer competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities.

1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms.
Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM.
