Relogistics in Pueblo, CO seeks a Shift Lead to supervise and optimize shift operations, ensuring safety and HR compliance. You will assist with recruiting, manage material flows, and support forklift activities to keep production efficient.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification. On-site work with competitive pay and benefits on offer.

Responsibilities

• Set shift/operating schedules with On-Site Manager to best service customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to staging areas.
• Check loads are secure and perform daily equipment checks.
• Examine products for quality conformance.
• Perform basic data entry.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Overview

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highestsafety standards.

Hourly Pay:

$19.00/hr.

Shift(s):

B1 Shift:Tuesday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain suppliesand arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM

• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
