Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead to maximize team productivity while upholding the highest safety standards. The role includes coordinating shift schedules with the On-Site Manager, assisting with recruitment and training, and ensuring HR and safety policies are followed.

Responsibilities also cover material handling, forklift support, quality checks, and accurate data entry. A strong communicator with a year of lead experience and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Set shift/operating schedules with On-Site Manager to best serve local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure safety and HR policies are followed.
• Load/unload materials and move to staging areas.
• Operate forklift as needed and perform basic equipment checks.
• Track movements and maintain accurate records.
