Relogistics is hiring a Shift Lead in Aurora, CO to help ensure a productive, safe shift and support the On-Site Manager. You will supervise a team, assist with recruiting, maintain safety standards, manage materials and forklift duties, and help service local customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisor or lead experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set shift/operating schedules with On-Site Manager to best service customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to staging areas; ensure loads are secure.
• Assist forklift operations as needed and perform basic data entry.
