Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee a team during the B1 shift (Tue–Fri, 6:00am–4:00pm) at our Pueblo, CO location. You will collaborate with the On-Site Manager to optimize schedules, support staffing, and ensure safety and HR policies are followed.

The role requires 1 year of supervisor/lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and forklift certification. We offer competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, and career advancement opportunities.

Overview

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highestsafety standards.

Hourly Pay:

$19.00/hr.

Shift(s):

B1 Shift:Tuesday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain suppliesand arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM

• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

What You'll Need

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
