Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily shift operations in a local fulfillment center in Roseville, MI. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, maintain inventory, and ensure safe, efficient processes while delivering high-quality customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has proven team leadership, experience in food/retail/warehouse settings, and is comfortable with physical tasks and standard Google productivity tools. Flexibility in scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of shift teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in food/retail/warehouse settings with safety focus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and oversee warehouse and kitchen processes.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicated with customers.
• Lead Operations Associates and maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
