Job summary

You’ll lead a team, delegate tasks, and safeguard inventory while upholding quality standards. The role requires 18+ years old, high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility in shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.
• Able to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash) is a plus.
• Flexible schedule and strong organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Own your shift: manage warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, and quality.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and efficiently.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer communications are clear.
