Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for the DashMart local fulfillment center in New Jersey. You will own shifts, manage warehouse and light kitchen tasks, and supervise team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment and safe operations.

You’ll monitor inventory, train staff, and collaborate with Dashers and customers to maintain high quality service. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college diploma preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light kitchen prep as needed.
• Experience in food/beverage, warehouse, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Lead and supervise Operations Associates to ensure safe, efficient, and productive work.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with team to fulfill orders accurately.
• Be a point of escalation for daily operations and support across site tasks.
