Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Shift Lead for its DashMart local-fulfillment center in Mahwah, NJ. You will own shift operations, manage inventory, and help prepare food in some sites, while ensuring orders are fulfilled with high quality and customer satisfaction.

You will lead Operations Associates, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support both warehouse and kitchen tasks. A food-handling certificate may be obtained and a high school diploma is required, with flexibility for varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Willingness to obtain food handling certificate (training provided).
• Experience in food, warehouse or retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts including warehouse and light kitchen processes, safety, quality, and training.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers as issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates and escalate daily operational issues.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and foster a safe, productive environment.
• Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
