Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise day-to-day operations, assist in Vet Assistant duties, and support the Practice Manager in delivering high-quality pet care and client service. You’ll lead by example, schedule staff, ensure protocol compliance, and foster a positive team culture.

You’ll be required to work weekends/evenings, have at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, and uphold Banfield policies while focusing on client education and smooth hospital

Qualifications

• Two years of veterinary hospital experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Weekend and evening shifts required.
• Able to supervise and lead a team while ensuring quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide exceptional client service and patient care.
• Assist Practice Manager/COS to guide team and maximize productivity.
• Schedule team members to meet client needs and CE planning.
• Ensure compliance with Banfield policies and dress/grooming guidelines.
