Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supervision of the team when needed and ensure quality medical care and exceptional client service.
• Assist Practice Manager or Chief of Staff in guiding the team to maximize productivity and hospital profitability.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and plan time off and CE scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with practice policies and dress/grooming guidelines.
