Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Practice Manager and COS, ensuring a productive team and high-quality veterinary care. You will lead client communications, educate clients on preventive care, and help drive practice priorities while maintaining Banfield’s culture and brand.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, assist with scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies and dress guidelines, while delivering exceptional client service and engagement for both pets

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team when needed and ensure quality medical care and exceptional client service.
• Educate clients about preventive care and pet health options (Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services).
• Effectively schedule associates to meet client needs and plan CE.
• Ensure compliance with practice policies and dress/grooming guidelines.
