The role emphasizes coaching, timely feedback, and maintaining food safety and presentation. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected as part of a fast-paced deli team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching and real-time feedback to teammates.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet standards.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and shift reporting.
