Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will greet customers, record orders, train staff, and ensure quality and speed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Ability to work 35-45 hours per week
• Ability to stand for long hours in a fast-paced store

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food with a positive attitude.
• Input orders into the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Lead line team to prepare subs to order while following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and restroom upkeep daily.
• Coordinate schedules, train new employees, and resolve team issues as needed.
• Manage staffing, inventory, and cash handling in-store operations.
• Uphold Jersey Mike's standards for customer service and loyalty programs.
