Qualifications

• Shift lead/supervisor experience in food service is preferred.
• Strong communication and a 'no excuses' work ethic are required.
• Comfortable working on your feet and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager with daily operations and shift leadership.
• Coach team members on speed, accuracy, and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards.
• Assist with prep, opening/closing, cash handling, and shift counts.
• Step in as the lead when the Manager is off.
