Jersey Mike’s Subs is hiring a Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, supervise service and orders, and ensure food safety and cleanliness across the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks with positivity and accuracy.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash/credit payments, and calculate change correctly.
• Lead the team in preparing subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Oversee restaurant cleanliness in dining area, kitchen, utensils, and restrooms.
• Train, schedule, and mentor new team members to build a strong crew.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational policies.
• Manage store operations including staffing & scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
