CHAGEE USA is seeking a Shift Lead to support baristas, manage the POS, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting in opening/closing procedures, staff delegation, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in barista and leadership roles, a passion for tea, and excellent communication skills. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for training are included as part of our team culture.

Qualifications

• Be a passionate tea lover.
• Barista experience: 1+ years (preferred).
• Leadership experience: 1+ years (preferred).
• Food Handling Certificate Needed (Company can assist).
• Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Support baristas with drink preparation during peak hours.
• Manage the POS with cash handling and card transactions.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Address customer feedback with professionalism.
• Lead by example and promote a positive team culture.
• Assist managers with staff task assignments and shift coverage.
