Job summary

CHAGEE USA is seeking a Shift Lead in the Los Angeles area to supervise daily store operations and support baristas with drink preparation during peak hours. You will manage the POS, handle transactions, and maintain high levels of customer service while embodying CHAGEE’s hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of barista and leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a flexible schedule to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Barista experience and leadership background are preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist baristas with drink preparation during peak hours.
• Manage POS, cash handling, and card transactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally.
• Lead by example and support managers with staff tasks and training.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and inventory checks.
