CHAGEE is expanding into the US market and seeks a Shift Lead in San Diego to support baristas and elevate guest experiences. You will help ensure fast, friendly service across peak hours and assist in daily store operations.

Qualifications

• Barista experience of 1+ years preferred.
• Leadership experience 1+ years preferred.
• Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain) required/needed.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training and coaching baristas during shifts.
• Support store operations to ensure high‑quality service.
• Manage POS transactions and cash handling during peak hours.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and shift tasks.
