Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Yaamava’ Resort & Casino seeks a Surveillance Agent I to support safety and security of non-gaming areas. You will analyze video, assist investigations, and ensure policy adherence across the property, including the event center and parking structures.

Responsibilities include coordinating with casino teams, managing communications, conducting camera patrols, exporting video evidence, and staying current on regulations and internal controls while operating

Qualifications

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and be able to conduct research.
Some report writing knowledge and ability to communicate verbally.
Must understand and use various database management systems.

Responsibilities

Analyzes surveillance video to detect suspicious/illicit activities in Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and surrounding areas.
Performs routine observations across the facility and documents findings with precise data entry.
Manages telephone and radio communications in high-pressure environments, logging critical information.
Collaborates with Casino team members to obtain incident details for investigations and safety reviews.
Conducts camera patrols to ensure safety of team members, guests, and operations.
Reviews and exports video evidence for incidents across properties.
Maintains up-to-date understanding of internal controls, policies, and regulations including MICS, through ongoing testing.
Performs routine surveillance system checks and reports any equipment issues.
Performs other duties as assigned to support department operations.
