Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to lead the surveillance staff on the assigned shift, safeguarding assets and ensuring integrity across table games, slots, cage and soft count. You will coordinate training, monitor logs, and report irregularities with a focus on compliance and safety.

The role requires a minimum of an Associates Degree with several years in casino surveillance, including supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree plus four years of casino surveillance.
• Two of the four years must be in a supervisory capacity.
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Responsabilités

• Oversee surveillance staff on assigned shift and supervise to ensure compliance with policies.
• Monitor video cameras and logs; prepare productivity and investigation reports.
• Train and mentor front-line staff; handle scheduling and assignments.
• Assist with hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions; participate in investigations.
• Ensure all equipment functions and respond to gaming irregularities.
• Maintain communications with team and support a professional work environment.
