Saver Group, Inc. is seeking a Crew Leader in Lexington, KY to oversee daily store operations in the absence of leadership. You will open/close the store, supervise team members, and ensure friendly customer service while protecting assets.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, background check clearance, and basic product knowledge to train meat team members. This is a hands-on leadership position in a busy retail environment.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other meat team members.
• Previous training / supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug test.

Mansioni

• Opening and closing the store according to established procedures.
• Directs and monitors the day-to-day activities of full time/part time store team members.
• Communicates with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolves customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Conducts front end administrative procedures, including cash counting, till preparation, cash drops, cash pick-ups, and verification of cash tills.
