Job summary

Save-A-Lot, Ltd. is seeking a Shift Lead in Ashland, Ohio to direct daily activities of store team members during assigned shifts. The Shift Lead will manage store operations and ensure excellent customer service while complying with safety and sanitation standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Benefits such as medical insurance and paid time off are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comprehensive product knowledge and the ability to train other team members.
• Previous training/supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in basic math skills required, including addition and subtraction.
• Must be able to read, write and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Directs and monitors daily activities of store team members.
• Responsible for opening and closing the store according to established procedures.
• Handles customer complaints, including exchanges and refunds.
• Completes electronic store reports and reports results to Store Manager.
• Ensures compliance with company standards for health and safety.
