CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive store execution, and maintain high customer service standards. You will lead staff in the absence of management and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will supervise daily tasks, assist customers, coordinate merchandising, and uphold confidentiality while working within a dynamic CVS/pharmacy team environment.

Formación

• Must have deductive reasoning and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and supervision capabilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Support store execution and provide excellent customer service.
• Direct and follow up on activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and assist customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Price, stock and merchandise displays; manage weekly promos.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
