Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of retail experience as a retail key carrier or shift lead.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, handling cash register start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, performs pricing tasks, and supports displays, merchandising, and backroom operations.
