• Completes product returns, customer refunds, and cash drops; provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and ensures a positive experience.
• Maintains store inventory accuracy and displays, pricing, signage, and basic department maintenance.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, ordering, and backroom logistics; supports pharmacy window when requested.
